Walter Murphy, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, South Suburban Industrial LLC. Lynn Reich of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, KD & Company has leased 11,700 square feet of industrial space located at 759 Glenn Ave. in Wheeling. Mike Prost, principal, Sergio Chapa, vice president, and Jim Kettinger Jr., associate of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented building ownership, Prologis, in the transaction.
Also, Chapa and Kettinger represented Strata Earth Services LLC in its purchase of a 12,435-square-foot industrial building located at 530 W. Colfax St. in Palatine.
