Doran Companies began construction on a 176-unit multifamily project in Plymouth, Minnesota. Doran is developing, designing, building and managing the project at 10010 6th Avenue N. in the northwest quadrant of Highway 55 and Highway 169.
In March, Doran received unanimous approval from the Plymouth City Council to construct the seven-story building overlooking Bassett Creek.
Doran Architecture designed the building with a mix of alcove, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and active community spaces including co-working areas, an entertainment suite, a clubroom, fitness center, sauna, pet spa and an outdoor amenity deck with pool, spa and grilling stations.
The project will be managed by Doran’s property management team, Whitecap Management, and is anticipated to open in Spring of 2024.
