Doug Weber has been promoted to vice president, project executive at Holland Construction Services. In his new role, he will continue working with developers and other clients on multifamily housing and senior living, but also office, retail and light industrial, including lead generation, project pursuits, contract negotiation, preconstruction and oversight during construction

Weber joined Holland in 2007 as a project manager and was promoted to director of multifamily housing in 2013. As a partner at Holland, Weber will also be more involved in the general running of the business, working directly with Holland’s executive vice president and COO on risk analysis, contracts, insurance, etc.

Weber received a degree in construction management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
