Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of the West 116th Portfolio, consisting of three market-rate multifamily apartment properties totaling 43 units in Cleveland, Ohio.
The 12-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower Orah Cleveland Homes, LLC through a partnership with Pinnacle Financial Group, Inc., a Marcus & Millichap company.
