Dougherty Funding LLC has closed a $15.3 million loan for the construction financing of Hotel Lismore, a DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton, to be located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
The construction involves redeveloping an existing hotel property located in downtown Eau Claire into a 112-room full-service DoubleTree Hotel with an adjoining 14,406-square-foot convention center.
The property will feature a fine-dining restaurant, a walk-up coffee shop, a bar/ lounge with a second-floor rooftop terrace, a fitness center and a business center.
The convention center renovation has been completed and is available for use. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2016. This financing was arranged for ECHL, LLC. Dougherty Funding LLC serves as lead lender and servicer for the loan.
