Dougherty Funding LLC has closed a $3.6 million loan for Royal River Casino in Flandreau, South Dakota.
Proceeds from the loan will be used to finance the first stage of the renovation and expansion of the Royal River Casino and Hotel, owned and operated by the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe since 1990.
The financing was arranged for the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe by Dougherty Funding, which will serve as lead lender and servicer for the loan.
