Dougherty Mortgage LLC recently closed a $4.6 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Mill Pond II Apartments, a recently built 60-unit multi-family affordable housing property located in Forest Lake, Minn.
The 10-year term, 9.5-year yield maintenance, 30-year amortization refinance loan was arranged for Mill Pond II, LLC by Dougherty’s Minneapolis office.
