Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $2.1 million loan for the refinance of Rosewood Terrace, two apartment buildings made up of 60 market-rate units in St. Cloud, Minn.
The Rosewood Terrace buildings were originally built in 1976. At Home Apartments owns and manages the buildings.
