Dougherty Mortgage LLC recently closed an $18 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinance of Buffalo Creek Apartments, a 308-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Indianapolis.
The 7-year term, 30-year amortization, 1-year interest-only Fannie Mae loan went from application to commitment in three weeks, and was arranged through Dougherty’s Oak Brook, Illinois office for borrower Buffalo Creek Apartments, LLC.
