Full service national mortgage banking firm, Dougherty Mortgage LLC, has closed a $12 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Westcreek Townhomes, a 220-unit multifamily affordable housing property, located in San Antonio, Texas.
The 10-year term, 9.5 year yield maintenance loan was arranged by Dougherty’s Dallas, Texas office for Westcreek Townhomes, Ltd. The property includes a playground, swimming pool and fitness facility, as well as an after school program option.
