Lee & Associates has closed a $3.2 million sale transaction for a 70,000-square-foot industrial building located at 5200 Thatcher Road in Downers Grove, Illinois. Michael Androwich, Jr., principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, a private investor. Trinity Scurto of Brown Commercial Group represented the buyer, Premium Investment Properties.
Constructed in 1980, the free-standing building is located in the Ellsworth Business Park. The property is equipped with heavy power and is divisible into a multi-tenant facility with two units of 30,000 square feet and 40,000 square feet. The building is visible from and has easy access to I-355 and is less than 2.5 miles to the intersection of I-355 and I-88.
