Cushman & Wakefield|Summit Realty Group closed the sale of 130 E. Washington Street, a 203,250-square-foot historic office building in downtown Indianapolis.
Summit Realty Group marketing the property on behalf of the seller, Perennial Washington St., LLC. Onward Investors LLC, in Minneapolis, purchased the building.
The 130 E. Washington building was developed in 1922 for Meyer Kiser Bank by the architectural firm Vonnegut and Bohn. Since the bank closed in 1931, 130 E. Washington has been home to several prominent companies, including Farm Bureau Insurance.
The 13-story building is home today to Arcadis and the national governing bodies of USA Track and Field, Diving, Gymnastics and Synchronized Swimming.
