Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that Amber Redding, property management specialist, received the 2024 Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Excellence Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)’s Chicago chapter.
The award was presented to Redding at IREM Chicago’s annual Premier Awards, held May 10 at Chicago’s Drake Hotel.
ARM certification through IREM signifies an individual has met requirements set by the organization for residential management experience and education, passed the ARM certification exam, completed IREM ethics education, and pledged to uphold the IREM Code of Professional Ethics.
Redding was nominated for the ARM Excellence Award honor for her dedication to advancing the real estate management profession through demonstrated leadership skills, commitment to community service, and the earned respect of her colleagues and industry peers.
After getting her start in the real estate industry in 2018 as an administrative assistant and then transitioning to leasing roles, Redding joined Draper and Kramer in 2021 as a leasing director. She continually worked toward advancement in her career and ultimately became a property management specialist. She currently manages Draper and Kramer’s Hubbard 221 property in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
Redding is also an active member of IREM, serving on the organization’s DEI and social media committees.
