Chicago-based Draper and Kramer, Incorporated (D&K) received five real estate-related awards in one week late November from three different award competitions: the Real Estate Management Excellence awards (REME), the Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management awards (CAMME) and the Gateway to Excellence in Property Management (GEM).
Given by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) at its annual conference in St. Lake City, D&K received the nationally recognized Accredited Management Organization of the Year award (AMO). DK Living, the apartment management division of D&K, won two CAMME awards given by the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA): the Property Excellence (Affordable) award for The Oaks apartments in Chicago and the Assistant to Property Manager (Affordable) award went Lisa Doogan, DK Living, The Oaks apartments.
The DK Living office in St. Louis, MO, was awarded the 2015 Management Company of theYear award at the annual GEM ceremony. Jill Dawson of DK Living’s Fieldpointe Apartments in St. Louis, was awarded the Multi-Family Property Manager of the Year.
