Draper and Kramer, Incorporated is pleased to announce that Tasha Rush, property manager at the company’s Aspire Residences, has been named a finalist for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Year award. The winner of the national honor, which recognizes Accredited Residential Managers who have made valuable contributions to the residential real estate management profession, will be named during IREM’s Global Summit taking place October 20 in Dallas.

Before joining Draper and Kramer, Rush spent six years as assistant property manager at Greenleaf Apartments, a subsidized senior housing community in Bolingbrook, llinois. Her involvement with IREM includes serving as a member of the organization’s national board of directors, where she is chair of the DEI Committee, and also chairing the Social Media Committee for IREM’s Chicago chapter.

Rush, a graduate of Columbia College, is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation through IREM. She holds several other designations from the National Center for Housing Management, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Management Occupancy Review Specialist, Enterprise Income Verification Specialist and Certified Manager of Senior Housing.
