The $2,654,000 in funding for two local real estate owners allowed for the acquisition of a five-story plus basement office building. Built circa 1906 in the River North area of Chicago, the masonry and mill-constructed, sprinklered structure contains a gross building area above grade of approximately 21,500 square feet. The loan was processed through a correspondent relationship with a national insurance company.
The former Hotel Moraine located in Highwood, Illinois has been rehabilitated and converted into a 106 apartment Assisted Living Facility, based on $15,600,000 in funding. The Loan was financed with a local bank for local borrowers. in Champaign, Illinois, a $9,565,000 loan benefited a single-tenant, NNN leased manufacturing warehouse facility; the loan was processed through a correspondent relationship with a national insurance company.
