Development Solutions Inc. has announced the recent hiring of six new team members.
Michael Ryan joined DSI as a senior project manager with more than 25 years of experience. He specializes in higher education, laboratories, and hospitality construction management. He will focus on managing pre-construction, construction and post-construction services at DSI. Prior to his new role, Ryan was a project manager with Knudsen Construction.
Chris Salomon also joined DSI as a senior project manager. He has more than 20 years of experience. Solomon specializes in federal and state construction management. His focus will be on managing pre-construction, construction and post-construction services for DSI’s government clients.
Tom Bohem has rejoined DSI as a project superintendent after a three-month stint at Reed Construction. He has more than 16 years of experience and specializes in corporate interior build-outs. Bohem will be assisting in scheduling and investigating long-lead items during the pre-construction phase and managing the construction.
Alex Gerkin has joined as an assistant project manager with more than a year of experience. Gerkin was previously with Skyline Steel Corporation, where he worked since his graduation from ISU in summer 2014 with a construction management degree. He will focus on running all aspects of the project documentation and administration coordination between all the team members.
Rishi Desai has joined as an assistant project manager with more than seven years of experience. Desai will focus on running all aspects of the project documentation and administration coordination between all the team members.
Christopher Kohne is DSI’s new assistant project manager and brings two years of experience. Upon his graduation from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in construction management, Kohne worked with Wight & Company in Chicago before joining DSI. He will focus on running all aspects of the project documentation and administration coordination between all the team members.
