DSI began construction on a new facility for Valley View Industries, a manufacturer of quality lawn edging products, in Crestwood, Illinois.
The project includes a 70,000-square-foot building constructed of trench footings, precast concrete walls, structural steel columns, and joists and girders to support a fully adhered thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof system. Additional work includes 5,000 square feet of office improvements, eight loading docks, a pair of drive-in doors, and various warehouse improvements.
The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2017. Serving as general constractor, the DSI team includes: Daniel Mazeiro, Todd Hunsberger, Dennis Riechert, Rishi Desai, and Jacob Karamol.
