DTZ, a leading global property services firm, has appointed Brett Soloway as Global General Counsel.
As a member of DTZ’s global leadership team based in Chicago, Mr. Soloway will oversee DTZ’s worldwide legal activities. He also will play a critical role in the development and implementation of DTZ’s overall governance and risk management practices and will report directly to Tod Lickerman, DTZ Global Chief Executive Officer.
In his new role, Mr. Soloway will be responsible for developing and leading DTZ’s corporate legal strategy to promote and protect its interests globally. He will provide independent counsel on legal and business matters, and manage the delivery of all legal services in a wide range of areas including regulatory compliance, transactions, risk management, employment law, and litigation. He also will have functional oversight of the regional legal teams covering the Americas, EMEA, North Asia and Asia Pacific.
