DTZ recently represented both the landlord and tenant in Verst Group Logistics’ lease of 189,400 square feet of industrial space at 1985 International Way in Hebron, Kentucky. Verst Group, a third-party logistics company, leased the space from RT Hebron, LLC.
Jeff Bender, executive managing director with DTZ, and David Kelly, vice president, represented the landlord. Bender also represented the tenant.
Bender said that the northern Kentucky industrial market is now at its lowest vacancy rate in Class-A modern bulk product in the past decade. This ranked as the largest lease transaction completed in northern Kentucky so far this year.
