Composites One LLC has signed a 10-year 39,680-square-foot industrial lease at First Industrial Realty Trust’s Interstate North Distribution Center I in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
DTZ’s Noam Newman and Mark Sims represented the tenant. Steve Nilsson of Colliers International represented Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust in the transaction.
Composites One will move and expand from its location in Lino Lakes, Minnesota, to Interstate North Distribution Center I, which is located at 7035 Winnetka Ave. North in Brooklyn Park.
