Saddle Creek Corporation has leased the new 673 building in the Gateway Commerce Center in St. Louis. DTZ represented the company in this transaction.
The 673,137-square-foot building is expected to be delivered later this month.
DTZ managing director Ed Lampitt represented the landlord, a joint venture between TriStar Properties and PCCP, LLC. DTZ also provides property management services for the building.
