DTZ revealed today that Jon Gorczyca, Vice President, U.S brokerage services in DTZ’s West Los Angeles office and John Wichman, Director of Business Development, Global Occupier Services in Chicago, have been awarded the industry’s most prestigious designation, the Master of Corporate Real Estate, by CoreNet Global, the world’s leading professional association for corporate real estate and workplace executives.
Jon and John are among only 90 other global corporate real estate executives across the industry to earn the MCR in 2014.
The CoreNet Global MCR professional designation was established in 1982, and is part of a comprehensive career development program for the corporate real estate industry. The MCR has been awarded to 2,108 individuals since its inception, and provides essential skills that focus on critical business issues, and reflects strategic competence and successful experience as a corporate real estate expert.
