DTZ represented the law firm of Brady, Connolly & Masuda P.C. in a relocation from One North LaSalle to 10 S. LaSalle where the firm will occupy approximately 16,649 square feet.
Brady, Connolly & Masuda, a civil litigation firm specializing in the defense of business and insurance, has its headquarters in Chicago where it occupied a floor at One North LaSalle. Additional space was necessary to accommodate the business growth and development of the firm. Renewing at One North LaSalle would have required the firm to utilize non-contiguous space on two floors.
DTZ Senior Vice President Michael D’Angelo and Associate Vice President Robert Tamillo were engaged to explore Chicago’s Loop for relocation scenarios. DTZ negotiated a long-term lease at 10 S. LaSalle, a 37-story Class A office tower that is Energy Star-labeled. The DTZ Team is also assisting Brady, Connolly & Masuda in its expansion and relocation project management. DTZ Senior Vice President Michael Merritt is serving in a transaction advisory capacity during the expansion and relocation.
The landlord, The Feil Organization, was represented by Mark Baby and Ben Cleveland of JF McKinney.
