George Stecz has joined the Columbus, Ohio, office of DTZ as senior managing director for the Columbus Capital Markets team.
Stecz has nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining DTZ, he served as managing member of CBRE’s investment properties team in Columbus.
In this position, Stecz completed more retail, office and industrial sale transactions of more than $1.8 billion in aggregate value. He also formerly worked as acquisition/development controller at Duke Realty Corp.
