Duke Realty appoints Kevin Knue development manager in Indianapolis

Duke Realty announced that Kevin Knue has been named development manager of the firm’s Healthcare division after several years working on some of the company’s most prestigious industrial and healthcare developments.

In his new role, Knue will help Duke Realty’s healthcare team secure new development opportunities, as well as manage all stages of existing client projects from conception to completion.

Knue, who joined Duke Realty in 2006, was most recently preconstruction manager, leading a wide variety of new industrial and healthcare development projects. This included the 730,000-square-foot Reid Health hospital in Richmond, Indiana; 274,000-square-foot Fifth Third Bank Building (Eskenazi Health) in Indianapolis; and 106,000-square-foot James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital Primary Care Annex in Tampa, Florida.

Knue earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
