With this lease, the 374,700-square-foot building, which was delivered at the beginning of October, is 100-percent leased. Located at 2101 4th Avenue East in Shakopee, the building also houses MyPillow.
Gateway South 2101 is located adjacent to Gateway South 2301 on a 46.12-acre site along the Highway 101 corridor in Shakopee. Gateway South 2301 is a 242,004-square-foot, build-to-suit warehouse for Milestone AV Technologies that was delivered in August of 2016.
Gateway South 2101 includes 32-foot clear height, LED lighting, 50′ x 50′ column spacing with a 60′ speed bay, and onsite trailer parking.
