The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) recently named The Care Group Medical Office Building in Indianapolis one of the winners in its The Outstanding Building of the Year program.
The 45,000-square-foot medical office buiding was developed by Bremner Healthcare Real Estate — now Duke Realty — in 2002 on a 13-acre site on the St. Vincent Heart Center Campus. It was sold in 2005 to PHT Investors LLC. Bremner/Duke Realty has managed the facility since it opened in 2002.
The building, which is fully leased, houses clinical space, an outpatient heart catherization lab and vascular medicine for St. Vincent Medical Group/The Care Group.
