Charlie Podell has been named senior vice president of the new Indiana/Ohio region of Duke Realty Corporation.
Podell is now responsible for operations in Ohio — including Duke’s offices in Cincinnati and Columbus — and in Indianapolis. Podell oversees the leasing and management of Duke Realty’s industrial and office properties in these markets, properties that total more than 47.4 million square feet.
Podell has overseen Duke Realty’s Indianapolis operations since 2006. Before that, he was involved in leasing Duke Realty’s Indiana industrial properties. He joined Duke in 1989.
