Steven Schnur has been promoted to executive vice president of the Midwest region for Duke Realty. Schnur is now responsible for overseeing more than 66 million square feet of industrial and office properties in Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and St. Louis.
Previously, Schnur worked as senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Chicago operations before assuming responsibility for the company’s Minneapolis and St. Louis operations, too, starting in late 2013.
Schnur joined Duke Realty in 2003 after serving as the director of real estate for Opus North.
