Scannell Properties’ 555 Innovation Drive in DuPage Business Center officially broke ground last week. West Chicago Mayor Ruben Pineda, DuPage County Commissioner Peter DiCianni and representatives from Peak Construction Corporation, john greene Industrial, SpaceCo, IMEG and Scannell Properties attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
Peak Construction Corporation was tapped to design-build the 250,000-square-foot, speculative warehouse distribution facility in West Chicago, Illinois. The building will have 32-foot clear height with 207 auto parking spaces, 70 trailer parking spaces, 30 dock positions and four drive-in doors with an ESFR sprinkler system and is designed to be a multi-tenant facility with capacity for up to four tenants.
In addition to SpaceCo and IMEG, Peak is teaming with Paul Woody ARCHITECT. Cory Ramey and Shamus Conneely off john greene Industrial will lead the leasing of the project.
