CBRE Group recently promoted Jack Durburg, the former president of the company’s U.S. Central Division in Chicago, to the newly created position of global president, transaction services.
In his new role, Durburg is charged with expanding the firm’s position in leasing, capital markets and transaction management services globally across all property types.
Durburg will report to Bob Sulentic, global president of CBRE. He was also named a member of the company’s Global Operating Committee.
Durburg joined CBRE in June of 2001 as a managing director and member of the firm’s Chicago leadership team. He was named president of the Central Division in 2011.
