DWG Capital Partners, Inc. has completed the acquisition of 892 Callendar Boulevard, a 68,650-square-foot industrial manufacturing property in Painesville, Ohio, less than three miles from the shores of Lake Erie.
It was a sale-leaseback transaction with T & T Machine, Inc., a specialized manufacturer of machine parts for the healthcare, engineering, automotive, food & beverage and military markets, which has been in business since 1992.
Located in the business-friendly City of Painesville, 892 Callendar Boulevard was built in 1999 and is situated on 6.73-acres within the Blackbrook Road Industrial Park, which is 20 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and two public airports are a short drive away.
