DWG Capital Partners, in partnership with MAG Capital Partners, purchased an 84,612-square-foot manufacturing property located at 4111 Munson Highway in Hudson, Michigan.
A 20-year sale leaseback with several renewal options was structured with Kecy Metal Technologies, an industry-leading precision metal stamping company within ARC Group Worldwide’s portfolio of advanced manufacturing and 3D printing services.
The purchase is DWG Capital Partners first in Michigan. Situated on 9.98 acres in Southeastern Michigan, the site is 1.5 miles from Route 127 (a major north-south interstate highway that runs from Grayling, Michigan to Chattanooga, Tennessee) and 12 miles from the Ohio border, offering excellent logistics and transportation access. Built in 1988, the facility features a 20′ ceiling height.
