DWG Capital Partners, led by Judd Dunning, has purchased an industrial facility in Prescott, Wisconsin, in collaboration with TenNine Holdings.

The purchase of 1607 Pine Street in Prescott was structured through a newly-formed Tenancy-in-Common (TIC) partnership under Pine Street Industrial Partners, LLC.

The 33,171-square-foot facility, built in 2011 and recently upgraded in 2023, was acquired via a long-term, NNN sale-leaseback transaction with EdgeBuilder, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Equity Holdings, Inc. that specializes in manufacturing high-quality wood wall panels and permanent wood foundations for the upper Midwest region.

The seller was represented by Jeff Lizzo and Krupa Shaw of STREAM Capital Partners.
