Bluestem Brands has signed a long-term lease for 345,000 square feet at Liberty Property Trust’s Golden Triangle Innovation Center in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The e-commerce company will occupy the entire facility. It will serve as Bluestem Brands’ company headquarters starting in March of 2016.
Liberty Property Trust originally purchased the facility, the former headquarters of Best Buy, in 2007. About 750 employees will now be headquartered out of the facility at 7075 Flying Cloud Drive.
Bluestem Brands was once a Liberty tenant at the company’s Oakview office building in Eden Prairie.
Kurt Knoff, John Ferlita and Tom DeSautel of CBRE represented Bluestem Brands. Brad Butler represented Liberty in the transaction.
