Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) has completed several projects as part of a major renovation by the owners of the Roosevelt Galleria, 603 to 627 W. Roosevelt Road, Chicago.
The 42,000-square-foot shopping center is being redeveloped by the ownership, Skokie-based Annenberg Investments Ltd.
The projects completed or underway by EAA include: • Designing the interior build-out for multiple retail and building common spaces at 605 W. Roosevelt Rd. One 6,000-square-foot space is now leased to Sleepy’s, a mattress retailer, with additional space for lease in the building. • Designing façade renovations, including new building cladding and signage, for the west property of 611-627 W. Roosevelt. • Overseeing the building core and shell design for the Petco and future Golfsmith retail stores at 611 W. Roosevelt Rd, totaling over 24,000 SF.
The retail center is located at the corner of Roosevelt Rd. and Jefferson St., in the South Loop.
