For the second year in a row, Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) received the Premier Award for Client Satisfaction from PSMJ Resources, Inc., a leading management consulting firm based in Massachusetts. EAA was one of 19 firms chosen from the United States and Canada. The firm works with commercial real estate and other building owners and tenants throughout the Midwest.
The awards were announced recently at the 2015 A/E/C Industry Summit in San Francisco, California.
The Premier Award honors firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost effective solutions. The award is based on data gathered from PSMJ Resources’ Client Feedback Tool, which EAA uses to gather feedback on its client service, responsiveness, quality of work, helpfulness, and approach to scheduling and budgeting. The average evaluation of the award-winning firms as a group centered in the range of “exceeded expectations,” making them more client-focused than the other firms.
“Our firm has always focused on providing the highest level of client service and we are honored to be recognized for this for the second year in a row,” said Dan Earles, AIA, LEED AP ID+C, founder and principal of EAA. “We are proud to be recognized as leaders, not only by our clients, but within the architectural, engineering and construction industries.”
Award winners were selected based on the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies. Feedback quality is measured by score, but also by consistency. Christopher McNulty Sr. , Managing Director and COO with Geneva Trading, noted in its feedback: “I have very high expectations, and you exceeded them all. You guys are excellent!”
Another EAA client provided feedback about the firm’s strong client service focus: “Your professionalism and commitment to being a trusted advisor and partner in the process is extremely valued and appreciated beyond words. Thank you.”
Others clients focused on EAA’s responsiveness. EAA often is asked to redesign space within tight timelines to meet their clients’ business needs. “EAA is always ahead of the curve and gives exceptional time frames when project planning. This is the 6th year for the Premier Awards, includes firms from the United States and Canada, many with international offices. The firms include architects, engineers, geo-scientists, environmental consultant and related specialties. Winners are selected based on the quality of the feedback received and the quantity of replies.
