Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) has received the Premier Award for Client Satisfaction from PSMJ Resources, Inc., a leading management consulting firm based in Massachusetts. EAA was one of 20 firms chosen from the United States and Canada.
The Premier Award honors firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost effective solutions. The award is based on data gathered from PSMJ Resources’ Client Feedback Tool, which EAA uses to gather feedback on its client service, responsiveness, quality of work, helpfulness, and approach to scheduling and budgeting. The average evaluation of the award-winning firms as a group centered in the range of “exceeded expectations,” making them more client-focused than the other firms.
“Our number one goal has always been to deliver the highest level of client service,” said Dan Earles, AIA, LEED AP ID+C, founder and principal of EAA. “We are honored to be recognized as leaders, not only by our clients, but within the architectural, engineering and construction industries.”
This is the 5th year for the Premier Awards, which includes many international companies. The firms include architects, engineers, geo-scientists, environmental consultant and related specialties. Winners are selected based on the quality of the feedback received and the quantity of replies. None of the winners this year had a single score below the level of “acceptable.”
