Ebenezer announced the development of Terralume Signature Memory Care, a specialized memory care community under construction at 1520 Clare Lane in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
The community is expected to open in June 2026.
Greco, a leading real estate developer since 2002, is partnering with Ebenezer on the project.
Terralume Signature Memory Care is located at the redevelopment site of a former nursing home near the intersection of I394 and I494 in the southwest corner. Plans also include developing independent living options to create a vibrant, purposeful community.
