Jones Lang LaSalle’s North Suburban Industrial Brokerage Team — Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh — recently represented ECD Company in the sale of a 53,300-square-foot building at 1500 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove.
The buyer, Electronic Recycling Services LLC, a global e-waste manager and electronics recycler, was represented by Greg Block and Daniel Hyman of Millennium Properties.
