Lowenbaum REP recently represented Echelon Design Inc. in a 50,193-square-foot lease at 41 Prairie Parkway, Gilberts, Ill.
Echelon, producers of trade show solutions for more than 20 years, will move from 28,000 square feet at 2590 Alft Street Lane in Elgin – nearly doubling in size.
Seeking space that fit the company’s overall design aesthetic, as well as separate space for its growing workshop, Echelon chose a 203,000-square-foot, soon to be completed warehouse property at Prairie Business Park, a new development by Interstate Partners located at the southwest corner of Higgins and Tyrrell roads. When complete, the 40-acre park will feature four to five large industrial buildings and plenty of room for future commercial development.
Echelon will use 5,300 square feet of space for its fresh, modern offices and 10,000 square feet for a workshop that has better lighting and well-distributed power. The remainder of the space will be used as warehouse storage.
Ed Lowenbaum and Jason Talanian represented the tenant in the transaction while Steve Bass with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Interstate Partners LLC.
