Echo Development Group has acquired its third medical/office property in Greenwood, Indiana, a near-south suburb of Indianapolis.
This latest acquisition, a 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant building, is located at 973 Emerson Parkway. The purchase price was about $1.8 million. Existing tenants include a dental practice and a real estate office.
Echo now controls more than 100,000 square feet of medical/office space within this submarket.
