Echo Development Group has acquired a two-building medical office portfolio at 747 E. County Line and 965 E. Emerson Parkway in Greenwood, Indiana.
The portfolio of more than 88,000 square feet sold for about $21 million, and is currently leased to an assortment of healthcare providers including Franciscan Alliance, Indiana Spine Group, Premier Family Medicine and ProScan Imaging.
The seller was a local development company based in Indianapolis.
