AM Manufacturing Company makes equipment for the pizza, tortilla, bagel and baking industries. The company is expanding its facilities and relocating from Dolton, Illinois. AM Manufacturing chose this location due to the building’s easy access to I-80/94 and Calumet Avenue, its proximity to hotels and restaurants and Indiana’s low cost of doing business.
The 20′ clear height building features six truck docks, new lighting system, office flex space, and parking for 50 cars. The space is part of a 650,000 square foot building in the 56-acre Lake Business Center business park.
