Edge Realty Partners hired 30-year commercial real estate veteran and retail expert Stan Lotridge as a Principal in its Dallas office.
Lotridge will be responsible for working with retailers and retail landlords on their leasing and investment needs throughout the Southwest with an emphasis on North Texas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana.
Throughout his career, Lotridge has advised national and regional retailers and worked with leading landlords and developers across the market. His tenant advisory relationships have included ALDI Inc., Life Time Fitness, Capital One Bank, Target, Eyemasters Eyecare Centers and Bar Louie Restaurants, among others.
Lotridge most recently served as senior vice president with CBRE. He began his commercial real estate career in the early 1990s with Grubb & Ellis Real Estate before joining United Commercial Realty in 1996. The firm later became part of CBRE through a 2015 merger. He also gained early asset management experience with Balcor Property Management, a division of American Express and Shearson Lehman Brothers, where he earned RPA and CPM designations.
