Edgemark and Retail Focus have brokered the sale of a five-property retail portfolio totaling approximately 1,000,000 square feet.
The properties were developed by the DiMucci family known for building single and multi-family, power-grocery anchored centers, strip centers and free standing buildings.
The properties are located in Naperville, Cicero, Palatine and Mt. Prospect and have a mix of national, regional and local retailers with a potential upside in new outlot development, redevelopment and leasing opportunities.
The portfolio features anchor tenants, in-line shop space, outlots and free-standing pads.
Jeff Kowal with Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC and John Thompson with Retail Focus represented the seller, DiMucci Companies. The portfolio was purchased through Tucker Development on behalf of Continental Realty.
