Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC has announced that Richard DiBernardo has joined the firm’s investments team, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in commercial and investment real estate.
Prior to joining Edgemark, DiBernardo served as senior vice president of commercial real estate for Heartland Bank & Trust where he managed a team overseeing $150 million in troubled realestate exposure.
He is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
