Edgeworth Laskey Properties LLC has broken ground on the second of five buildings for the Concourse at Crosspoint office park in Fishers, Ind.
The park sits on 26 acres near Interstate-69 betweeen 96th and 106th streets.
One Concourse at Crosspoint opened in 2010 and is completely leased. Tenants include Stanley Black and Decker, Stanley Security Solutions, USA Funds and Raymond James.
Two Concourse is expected to open in 2014. It will bring 132,993 square feet of Class-A space to the park.
