Edina Realty has moved to a new office in the North Loop neighborhod of Minneapolis.
Edina Realty has been present in the North Loop for more than 15 years and is reinvesting in the neighborhood by expanding its space on Washington Avenue by roughly double. The space includes enhanced technology and additional agent offices to better serve home buyers and sellers.
“We’ve continued to invest in Minneapolis and the North Loop because we love this community,” said Greg Mason, chief executive officer of Edina Realty. “We’re excited about how this move can offer new opportunities in the area going forward.”
Many of the agents in the downtown office not only work in the North Loop area but also live there. Buyers and sellers using an Edina Realty agent from the downtown office can expect deep insights about local market activity, businesses, retailers, entertainment and the downtown lifestyle.
“This new space is going to give our agents and business more room to grow and flourish, and we’re so excited we get to do so in the same North Loop neighborhood we’ve known and loved for nearly two decades,” said Michael Tierney, sales manager.
The new space is at 411 Washington Ave. N., also known as the Internet Exchange Building. Edina Realty previously occupied space at 226 Washington Ave. N.
